摘要 伴随教育国际化进程的推进,高职院校的管理水平矛盾凸显。中层干部执行力不高、落实不力的问题已成为其进一步发展的瓶颈。笔者参与了2011年广东高校党建研究会立项课题《关于加强高职高专中层干部执行力的研究》,通过研究,笔者认为,高职院校管理制度是影响中层干部执行力的重要因素。本文旨在分析高职院校中层干部执行力与管理制度的关系,提出提高中层干部执行力的对策。 With the advance of education internationalization process and people's increasing expectation to higher vocational education, the contradiction of the management level in higher vocational college becomes gradually apparent. Low execution and poor implementation of middle-level cadres have become the bottleneck for higher vocational college to develop further. The author took part in the project research of “Research about strengthening execution of middle-level cadres in higher vocational college” by Guangdong colleges and universities party construction seminar in 2011. According to the research, the author finds that management system of higher vocational college is the important factor to influence middle-level cadres' execution. This article is aimed to analyze the relationship between middle-level cadres' execution and management system in higher vocational college, and put forward some measures to improve middle-level cadres' execution.
