摘要
目的探讨护患沟通在超声科分诊工作中的应用效果。方法对护患纠纷发生的原因及防范对策进行回顾总结。分诊护士通过更新观念,加强主动服务意识,掌握护患沟通技巧,并灵活应用于临床工作实践中,建立良好的护患关系。结果增进护患关系,减少护患纠纷,提高患者满意度。结论应用良好的沟通技巧,可以增强护患之间的亲和力,避免护患纠纷,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nurse- patient communication for triage work in the ultrasonic department. Methods The causes and countermeasures for the nurse - pa- tient disputes were retrospectively summarized. The nurses of triage updated the awareness of posi- tive service to the patients, commanded the communication skills and applied flexibly to clinical practice. Therefore, a favorable nurse- patient relationship was established. Results Favorable communication skills promoted the nurse - patient relationship, reduced the nurse - patient dis- putes, and improved the patients' satisfactoriness. Conclusion The application of favorable commu- nication skills is able to enhance nurse - patient affiliation ability, avoid the nurse- patient disputes and elevate quality of care.
