摘要
目的 探讨有效沟通在B超门诊护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2014年1-10月行B超检查的200例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规分诊护理措施,观察组通过情感沟通、语言交流、肢体表达等有效沟通形式行门诊分诊护理干预,比较两组的护患纠纷发生率、干预前后SDS与SAS评分及护理满意度评分。结果 观察组的护患纠纷发生率为2.0%,显著低于对照组的10.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组干预后的SDS、SAS评分显著低于干预前和对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的形态举止、言语态度、分诊操作及综合评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 有效沟通能明显缓解B超门诊患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低护患纠纷发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of effective communication on nursing in the B ultrasound outpatient clinic. Methods 200 patients examined by B ultrasound from January 2014 to October in our hospital were seleetedand randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 eases in each group.The control group was given conventional triage as a nursing measure,the observation group was given effective communication forms like emotion communication,language communication and physical expression,etc, as nursing interventions were adopted.The incidence of nurse-patient disputes,the before and after intervention,the score score of self-rating depression scale of nursing satisfaction degree in two （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） groups was compared. Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was 2.0%,which was lower than 10.0% in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of SDS and SAS in the observation group after intervention was lower than that before intervention and in the control group after intervention,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of morphological and behavior, speech and attitude,triage operation and comprehensive score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective communication in B ultrasound outpatient clinic can greatly alleviate patient＇s anxiety and depression,decrease incidence of nurse-patient disputes and improve nursing satisfaction.
