摘要
建立区带毛细管电泳法分离测定郁金银屑片中姜黄素含量的方法。采用未涂层石英毛细管(75μm×60cm,有效长度50cm),以20mmol·L-1硼砂-20%乙醇(pH9.5)为运行缓冲液,检测波长为240nm,操作电压16kV,温度25℃。在优化的实验条件下,姜黄素的毛细管电泳谱图峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为99.72%。方法简单、快速、回收率高,可用于郁金银屑片中姜黄素的测定。
The method for the determination of the content of curcumin in Yujinyinxie tablets by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method was established. The compound was separated by the uncoated silica capillary (75μm)〈 60cm, effective length 50cm) with 20mmol · L- 1 borate-20 % ethanol (pH9.5) as running buffer solution. The detection wavelength was 240nm,and operation voltage was 16 kV with temperature of 25℃. Under the optimal experimental conditions, a good linear relationship was observed between the peak areas of capillary electrophoresis spectra and concentrations of curcumin (r= 0. 9994). The average recovery was 99.72%. This method is simple, quick with high recovery,and is applied to determination of curcumin in Yujinyinxie tablets.
