摘要
目的:探讨安宫牛黄丸中郁金的品种选择。方法:对郁金的基原、产地、药用部位、功效等方面进行本草考证及分析。结果:本草典籍中郁金的基原可能为姜科姜黄属姜黄CurcumalongaL.,主产于四川;最初使用根茎,清代转变为使用块根;2020年版《中国药典》规定入药品种中的姜黄Curcuma longaL.(习称“黄丝郁金”)和古用最接近,也更符合安宫牛黄丸中取郁金芳香化秽浊之效。结论:安宫牛黄丸宜选用黄丝郁金入药。
Objective: To explore the variety selection of “Yujin” in Angong Niuhuang pills. Methods:Analyze the plant source, produce place, medicinal parts and efficacy of “Yujin” in Herbal classics. Results:Curcuma longa L. was probably the main plant source of “Yujin” in Herbal classics, which was mainly produced in Sichuan. In traditional description, rhizome was used at first, and tuber was used in Qing Dynasty.Today, the “Huangsi Yujin” in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition was the closest to the ancient use, and more in line with the original intention of using tulip in Angong Niuhuang Pill to aromatize and remove turbidity. Conclusion: “Huangsi Yujin” is suitable for Angong Niuhuang pills.
