摘要
采用问卷和访谈的方法,通过软件Spss16.0对100名高校外语教师教学效能感及其环境因素进行数据统计与分析。结果表明:学校环境、社会环境、家人和朋友的支持与教师教学效能感总体水平上都呈显著正相关。而且,学校环境,社会环境,家人和朋友的支持三者相互之间也存在显著正相关。学校环境,社会环境,家人和朋友的支持三者对教师教学效能感都有显著的回归效应,具有一定的预测力。
With the questionnaire and the interview , 100 teachers of foreign language were chosen to be the samples, with the help of the computer software Spssl6.0, the correlation between the overall of teachers' teaching efficacy and the school en- vironment, the social environment and the support of family and friends is studied. It concludes that there is a significant posi- tive correlation between them. The. school environment, social environment, family and friends' support have a significant re- gression effect on teachers' teaching efficacy and it is a predictable power to some certain degree.
