摘要
阐述了第三方物流合同的概念、特征及主要内容,分析其法律性质,在介绍与第三方物流合同相关的法律关系基础上,从合同的法律适用、归责原则、法律风险及规避等方面分析第三方物流合同。
In this paper,we introduced the concept,characterization and main content of third party logistics contract,analyzed its legal nature,and on the basis of an exposition of the legal relationship in third party logistics contracts,studied the legal applicability,accountability principle,legal risks and their aversion of the contracts.
