摘要
介绍了美国物流法律制度的立法模式、特点、发展阶段及内容,以及我国物流法律制度的发展现状及存在的问题,最后借鉴美国经验,提出了完善我国物流法律制度的建议。
The paper introduces the characteristics of the legal and regulation system of the United States of America and its contents and developmental stages,then it analyzes the current status and existing problems in the logistics legal system of China,and finally,drawing on the experience of the U.S.,proposes suggestions for improvement.
