摘要
发展果蔬现代物流是打造高端果蔬品牌、丰富产品结构和层次、提高产品质量安全、实现果蔬提质增效的有效途径。本文分析了山东省果蔬产品的流通现状,总结了果蔬冷链物流产业存在的问题,并从优化提升冷链物流服务体系、加强果蔬前沿学科研究、开展果蔬供应链的信息化管控等方面提出了果蔬冷链物流发展建议,有助于探索并构建适合山东各地发展的多元化流通模式,助力山东果蔬的减损增效。
Modern logistics of fruits and vegetables is an effective way to create premium fruit and vegetable brands,enrich product structures and levels, improve product quality and safety, and achieve quality and efficiency improvement of fruits and vegetables. In response to the problems of the current situation and the existence of cold chain logistics of fruits and vegetables products in Shandong province, we put forward some suggestions for the development of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics from optimizing and promoting cold chain logistics service system, strengthening the research on the frontier discipline of fruits and vegetables, and developing the information management and control of the fruit and vegetable supply chain. It is instructive in exploring and constructing a circulation mode of multiple circulation channels suitable for the development around Shandong province, all strategies are helpful for reducing postharvest losses and increasing efficiency of special fruits and vegetables in Shandong province.
