摘要
系统地介绍了自发气调包装的概念、保鲜膜的性能与作用、保鲜袋内气体平衡规律,阐述了自发气调包装的设计方法,分析了自发气调保鲜的局限性,最后提出了自发气调保鲜应用中应注意的问题。
Concept of voluntary modified atmosphere packaging,properties and functions of film for keeping fresh,and balance of gas inside the packaging bag were systematically introduced.Design of voluntary modified atmosphere packaging was presented and the limitation of voluntary modified atmosphere packaging was also analyzed.Cautions in practicing voluntary modified atmosphere packaging were put forward.
