摘要
以小学教育(语文教育方向)本科专业为例,对师范生教学技能掌握情况进行调查,发现师范生教学技能训练存在一些突出问题。为此,主要改进对策是:师范生教学技能训练应紧跟基础教育新课程改革,侧重新课型教学技能的训练;教学技能训练既要发挥师范生自主性更应重视教师的导向作用;教学基本功的训练要突出学科特色;要多渠道开辟教学技能训练的真实场域;注重教学技能训练类课程与其他课程的有效沟通整合。
Taking primary education (Chinese language and literature education)for example, it is found that there exist some obvious problems in training normal university students' teaching skills through the investiga- tion. In view of this, the following countermeasures are put forward: The training of the teaching skills should be emphasized and follow the new curriculum reform of basic education ; it should play full swing into students' auton- omy and pay much attention to teachers' guiding role ; the training of essential teaching techniques should have dis- tinct features. In addition, it is necessary to establish the real spots for Chinese teaching skill training from the multiple ways, and combine other curriculum with the Chinese teaching skill training.
