摘要 文章建立了高效液相包谱法测定红酒中自藜芦醇的方法,色潜柱为AgilentZORBAXEclipseXDBC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(35:65,水相中含0.1%冰乙酸)为流动相,流速1mL/min,进样量20μL,室温,检测波长300nm,外标法定量,该方法相对标准偏差为1.18%~1.99%,线性相关系数R。为0.999,检测限为2μg/mL。在上述条件下测定了随机抽取的部分市售红酒样品的白藜芦醇禽量力。 The paper focused on the conditions for resveratrol detection by HPLC. The detection conditions were shown as following: the colunm was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C 18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 ×m) column, acetonitrile-water (35 : 65, with 0.1% acetic acid in water) as mobile phase, flow rate was 1 mL/min and the injection volume was 20 ×L, the column temperature was at room temperature and detection wavelength was 300 nm. The relative standard deviation ranges from 1.18 % to 1.99 %, linear correlation coefficient R2 was of 0.999 and the detection limit was 2 ×g/mk The resveratrol concentration of commercially available red wine samples was detected by this HPLC method.
