摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的方法。在C18为色谱柱,乙醇为溶剂,甲醇为流动相,流速为1 mL/min ,检测波长为306 nm的条件下,白藜芦醇的线性范围为0.2344~45μg/mL ,检测限为0.075μg/m L ,定量限为0.23μg/m L ,具有较好的精密度、稳定性和回收率。实验结果表明,该方法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确,可用于葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的定性、定量检测。
A method for determination of resveratrol in wine by HPLC was proposed .The alcohol was solvent .The mobile phase was aqueous solution and 1 mL/min of speed .The detection was in 306 nm .The resveratrol linearity was found in range of 0.2344~45 μg/mL ,and the limit of detection and quantitation were 0.075 μg/mL and 0.23 μg/mL .It has good precision ,stability and percent recovery .Conclusion :The method is simple ,rapid and reproducible ,and could be used for determination of resveratrol in wine .
