摘要
采用皮粉法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了14个产地的角倍单宁酸含量。结果表明,3种方法的测定结果遵从正态分布,方差检验分析表明3种方法的测定结果差异不显著,即3种方法都可用于五倍子单宁酸含量的测定。其中皮粉法测定结果稳定,对实验设备要求不高,但测定时间长,手续繁琐,需要较多的样品量;紫外分光光度法设备要求及测定成本中等,需要的样品量少,但测定结果易受环境条件和杂质的干扰;HPLC法方便快捷,需要的样品量极少,灵敏度高,是较为理想的测定方法,缺点是测定设备昂贵,需要较高的分析技能和高纯度的标准品,测定成本高。
The tannin content of Chinese gallnuts from 14 different producing awes was determined by hide powder method, ultraviolet spec- trometry and High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC), respectively. Statistical analysis showed that all measuring data determined by the three methods followed a normal distribution. The results of t-test of the three methods did not have significant difference, and all the three methods could be used in determining the tannin content of Chinese gallnuts. The hide powder method had the stable result, but need more sample quantity and spent much time. Ultraviolet spectrometry method need little sample quantity, but its result was mutable. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) need little sample quantity and could get the stable result quickly, and was probably the ideal method but cost highly.
