摘要
目的:建立同时测定藏药余甘子药材中没食子酸、柯里拉京、鞣花酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Ultimate LP RP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速0.8mL·min-1;检测波长220nm;柱温25℃。结果:没食子酸、柯里拉京、鞣花酸的线性范围分别为0.0065~0.13(r=0.9996),0.0055~0.11(r=0.9998),0.0055~0.11(r=0.9999)mg·mL-1;没食子酸、柯里拉京、鞣花酸的回收率分别为98.22%(RSD1.14%),97.53%(RSD1.11%),101.49%(RSD1.40%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,结果稳定,可为全面控制藏药余甘子药材的质量提供参考。
Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid in Phyllanthi Fructus.Method:HPLC analysis was performed on a Ultimate LP RP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,Welch) column eluted with acetonitrile(A) and 0.1% Phosphoric acid solution(B) in gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 20℃ and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result:The linear ranges of gallic acid,corilagin and ellagic acid were 0.0065 mg·mL-1~0.13 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996),0.0055 mg·mL-1~0.11 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),0.0055 mg·mL-1~0.11 mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries of them were 98.22%(RSD 1.14%),97.53%(RSD 1.11%),and 101.49%(RSD 1.40%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and stable,which can be used for quality control of Phyllanthus emblica L.
