摘要
介绍了从五倍子中提取单宁酸的常用方法,包括水提取法、超临界CO2萃取法、溶剂提取法和超声提取法。同时阐述了先进的提纯技术、活性炭吸附、大孔树脂吸附、膜分离技术、离子交换技术和分子蒸馏技术在天然药物提纯中的应用。结合目前从五倍子中分离提取单宁酸的研究现状,提出了从五倍子中超声提取单宁酸和分子蒸馏提纯的复合技术。
The commonly - used methods for extraction of tannic acid from Chinese gall nuts, including water extraction, super- critical CO2 extraction, solvent extraction and ultrasound -wave assisted extraction, were introduced. Some advanced purification technologies, e. g. , activated carbon adsorption, macroreticular resins, membrane separation, ion -exchange technique and molecular distillation used for natural product purification were also elucidated. Based on the current status, a combined method of ultrasound - wave assisted extraction and molecular distillation purification was proposed.
