摘要
通过用5种大孔吸附树脂进行吸附条件和效果的实验研究,确定选用D101和AB-8树脂为吸附剂制备高纯度单宁酸。确定了上柱液浓度、树脂对单宁饱和吸附量以及吸附分离操作的工艺条件。在实验室研究基础上,用AB-8和D101两种大孔吸附树脂进行了生产性试验。结果表明,产品的单宁酸质量分数≥98%,没食子酸质量分数≤1.0%,符合食用单宁酸的质量要求,可用于酿造过程。
Five types of macroporous resin were examined for their adsorbing and separating gallotannin to purify tannic acid.Two of them,D101 and AB-8,were selected.The concentration of adsorption tannin solution,adsorbing saturation of tannin and other technological conditions were also examined and confirmed.Then the laboratorial purification technology for tannic acid was applied in industrial scale.The industrial experimentation results showed the quality of product as follows:content of tannic acid ≥98.0%,gallic...
