摘要
目的 :研究黄芪总皂苷的纯化方法。方法 :黄芪水提醇沉的浓缩液 ,通过经处理的 D1 0 1 大孔吸附树脂 ,用不同浓度的乙醇进行梯度洗脱 ,UV法跟踪检测。结果 :70 %乙醇洗液中黄芪总皂苷的含量最高 ,可达到 70 %以上。结论 :D1 0 1
Objective:Study on the isolatin and purification of asteganoside.Methods:Radix Astragali isolated solutions by water extraction and ethanol deposition pass through D 101foramen magnu, absorption resin treated,and were made gradient elution with ethanol, then were detected with UV-VIS.Results:Astraganoside in 70% ethanol elution is topmost content and is over 70%.Conclusion:D 101 foramen magnu is greatly effective for the isolation and purification of astragainoside.
