摘要
以石化行业为背景,通过问卷调查的方法调查了617名石化企业一线员工的心理授权水平、员工满意度、员工忠诚和任务绩效以及该石化企业的内部营销水平。本文将内部营销的四个维度作为决定售后一线员工心理授权水平的前因变量,考查了售后服务员工的心理授权水平如何影响员工忠诚与任务绩效,并识别出员工满意在其中的中介作用。
This study surveyed 617 frontline employees from a big company in petrochemical industry, aiming of examtng their psychological empowerment, employee satisfaction, employee loyalty, task performance and the internal marketing mixes of the company. The paper investigated the impact of psychological empowerment on employee loyalty and task performance, and the contribution of the four dimensions of internal marketing on the establishment psychological empowerment respectively.
