摘要
随着组织管理的发展,个体价值日益受到重视。心理授权关系到员工自我效能感提升和内在工作动机激发,在帮助员工自我赋能的过程中发挥着积极作用。本文从心理授权概念的由来与发展、结构与测量、理论模型、影响因素、影响效应与作用机制等多个方面系统评介了三十年来心理授权的研究成果,指出现有研究的不足,并对未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
Along with the enhancement of individual value in organizational management activities, psychological empowerment based on the psychological experience after empowerment, which involves the improvement of self-ef?cacy and the stimulation of individual intrinsic work motivation, will have a more positive effect on organizational development in the process of self-empowerment. This paper reviews the progress of psychological empowerment research in the past 30 years from the perspectives of origin and development of the concept,structure and measurement, theoretical model, influencing factors, influencing effects and acting mechanism,etc. Finally, on the basis of pointing out the insuf?ciency of existing literature, prospect was made on the future research.
