摘要
从分析第二代知识管理的研究现状和局限性入手,引入信息构建的相关理论和技术来构建全新的知识管理系统,并 初步探讨企业战略知识管理思想。
Beginning with the analysis of the condition and limitations of the second generation of knowledge management , this paper improves the second generation of knowledge management by absorbing the theory and technology of information architecture, and based on which, puts forward knowledge architecture to design new knowledge management system. At last it gives an elementary introductions to enterprise strategic knowledge management.
