摘要
目的:调查民族地区农村中小学教师的教学效能感、教师胜任力、心理授权的关系。方法:采用教学效能感问卷、教师胜任力问卷、心理授权问卷对121名民族地区农村中小学教师进行调查。结果:(1)心理授权对教师胜任力的预测作用显著(β=0.45,t=5.19,P<0.001),且放入中介变量后,心理授权对教师胜任力的预测作用依然显著(β=0.32,t=3.84,P<0.001);(2)心理授权对教学效能感的预测作用显著(β=0.33,t=3.66,P<0.001),教学效能感对教师胜任力的预测作用显著(β=0.38,t=4.69,P<0.001)。结论:教学效能感在心理授权与教师胜任力间起中介作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and teacher competenceof rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic regions.Methods:A sample of 121 rural primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic regions were surveyed to examine the of teaching efficacy in the relationship between psychological empowerment and teacher competence.Results:(1) Psychological empowerment had a significant prediction on teacher competence(β=0.45,t=5.19,P<0.001),and the prediction still significant with the intermediary variable added into the model(β=0.32,t=3.84,P<0.001);(2) Psychological empowerment significantly predicted teaching efficacy(β=0.33,t=3.66,P<0.001),teaching efficacy significantly predicted teacher competence(β=0.38,t=4.69,P<0.001).Conclusion:Teaching efficacy plays intermediary role in the relationship between psychological empowerment and teacher competence.
