摘要 目的:探讨手术室专科护士规范化培训模式,提高手术配合质量,从而提高手术室护士整体素质和手术质量。方法:根据不同学科将手术室护士分为8个专科组,每组4~6人。以护士长-专科组长-组员三级管理模式进行规范化培训。结果:经过专科培训的8组护士能在较短时间内熟练掌握相应专科手术配合技能和手术应急能力,并熟悉本专科仪器设备的性能与保养,提高手术配合质量,利于手术室人员管理。结论:护士长-专科组长-组员三级管理模式有利于培养高度专业化和一专多能的手术室护士,从而促进手术学科的全面深入发展。 Objective: To discuss the mode of standardized training of operative nurse specialists in order to enhance the quality of operation. Methods: Operative nurses were divided into 8 groups according to different branches of surgery (4-6 persons/group). Standardized training of operative nurse specialists were conducted by the class m management mode of charge nurse-special leader-crew. Results: After training these operative nurse specialists could quickly master the skills and requirements of relevant operations and know well the relevant performance and maintenance of instrument and equipment.The quality of operation was improved and the operative personnel management was facilitated. Conclusion: The class m management mode of charge nurse-special leader-crew plays an important role in culturing operative nurse specialists.
