摘要
目的:探讨医护合作式培训对提高神经外科护士实践能力的效果。方法:组织该院神经外科护士进行专科理论知识及能力的培训,包括医护共同进行专科理论学习,医护共同查房及病例讨论等方式。结果:医护合作培训后,护士在专科护理理论成绩、患者满意度、护士满意度均较实施前明显改善(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:医护合作培训有助于提高神经外科护士的实践能力,值得在医院推广。
Objective：Exploring the effects of doctor-nurse joint training on neurosurgical nurses′practical ability.Methods：The neurosurgical nurses in the hospital were organized to receive a series of trainings on specialized knowledge and skill,including doctor-nurse joint learning of specialist knowledge,health care rounds and case discussions.Results：After the doctor-nurse joint trainings,the nurses scored higher in specialized knowledge test than those in no co-training group,and both nurses′and patients′satisfaction were improved dramatically than before（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Doctor-nurse joint training is beneficial to improve neurosurgical nurses′practical ability and is worth popularizing and applying in hospital.
