分组培训在心内科护士护理质量管理中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分组培训工作在心内科护士护理质量管理中的应用价值和意义。方法针对该院心内科护士群体在2014年1月开始实施分组培训,重点加强对于护理人员核心能力的培养和指导,尤其是对于操作能力、应对急性突发事件的能力、信息分析能力、独立解决问题的能力、人际交往沟通能力等进行详细的分组培训和指导,然后结合2014年全年临床护理质量评分和患者满意度状况与2013年调查信息进行对比,运用SPSS 16.0软件分析两者间的差异性。结果该研究结果表明,采用分组培训之后的2014年,心内科护士的临床护理质量效果和患者满意度相对于2013年都有了较大程度的提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护士护理工作中,分组培训方法是极为有效的一种手段,不仅仅能够有效提升心内科护士的核心能力,还能够有助于提升患者的满意度水平,值得进行推广应用。 Objective To explore the research group training work value in the management of nursing quality of Department of Cardiology nurses and significance. Methods Aiming at the cardiology department of our hospital nurses in January2014 began to implement the grouping training, focus on strengthening the for the core ability of nursing staff training and guidance, especially for the operation, ability to deal with acute emergencies ability, information analysis ability, independent solve the question ability, interpersonal communication ability with the group training and guidance, then compared with 2014 annual clinical nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction and 2013 survey information, use the SPSS16.0software to analyze the difference between the two. Results the research results show that by grouping training after 2014,nurses in Department of Cardiology Clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction with respect to 2013 have greatly improved, and there are also statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion in heart internal medicine department nurses work, group training method is very effective as a means of, not only to effectively enhance the core competence of nurses in Department of Cardiology, also help to improve the level of patient satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
