摘要
目的调查分析我院不同年限护士核心能力水平,并为护理管理工作者制定培训对策、优化护理人力资源提供数据支持。方法随机选取我院2017年1—12月287名临床护士进行问卷调查,问卷采用中文版护士能力量表。结果 1~5年、6~10年、11~15年、16~20年以及20年以上不同工作年限的护士其核心能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中11~15年的护士核心能力评分显著高于1~5年、6~10年、16~20年及20年以上的护士差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着工作年限的增加,护士核心能力不断增加,工作5年后的护士其工作能力提升较快,10年以后的护士其护理核心能力水平发展较为稳定。
Objective To investigate and analyze the level of core competence of nurses with different years of working in our hospital,and provide data support for nurse management staff to develop training strategies and optimize nursing human resources. Methods A total of 287 clinical nurses from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire used the Chinese version of the nurse ability scale. Results There were statistical significance in the differences of core ability scores of nurses with working years of 1-5 years,6-10 years,11-15 years,16-20 years,and more than 20 years( P〈0. 05). Among them,nurses with 11-15 years working experience had higher core competence level scores than nurses with working experience of 1-5 years,6-10 years,and 16-20 years,and more than 20 years. The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion With the increase in the number of years of work,the nurses' core competences have been continuously increasing. After 5 years of work,the nurses' work ability has improved rapidly. After 10 years of work,the nursing core competence of nurses has developed steadily.
