摘要 目的探讨医护合作情境模拟教学在手术室急诊抢救工作的应用效果。方法对我科工作1~5年的手术室护士采用情境模拟教学和医护合作相结合的方式,对其进行急诊手术配合的现场考核、测评,并给与点评和指导,教学结束后通过问卷调查的方式来反馈教学效果。结果培训结束后对所有考核对象进行模拟教学的反馈测评,收到良好的评价效果。结论采用情境模拟教学与医护合作的方式对手术室护士进行教学培训能提高手术室护理质量和效果,有助于培训对象规范护理操作、增加沟通能力、体验角色转变、巩固团队合作意识。 Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation situational simulation teaching in emergency rescue in operating room. Methods The nurses in the operating room who have worked in our department for 1 to 5 years are assessed and evaluated by situational simulation teaching combined with doctor-nurse cooperation. They are also given on-site comments and guidance. After teaching, the teaching effect is feedback by questionnaire survey. Results After the training, the feedback evaluation of the simulation teaching for all the assessment objects received reliable evaluation results. Conclusion The use of situational simulation teaching and doctor-nurse cooperation teaching to train the operating room nurses can improve the quality and effect of the operating room care. It can help trainers to standardize nursing operations, increase communication skills and consolidate teamwork awareness.
