摘要
教师评价既是高校管理的一个重要组成部分,又是高校管理的一项重要工作。高校应根据自身特点和发展战略,坚持以人为本,构建发展性教师评价体系,促进高校教育教学的发展。为解决当前我国高校普遍施行的教师评价体系中存在的问题,必须全方位地构建发展性教师评价体系。
University teacher evaluation is not only an important component of university management, but also an important work of university management. University should construct human-centered teacher evaluation system according to its own feature and development strategy to promote university's development. An all-round developmental teacher evaluation system should be constructed to solve the problems in current university teacher evaluation system.
