摘要
天然产物是药物开发的重要来源,从其中发现能抵抗各类病原菌的研究受到普遍的重视。从药物、保健品到天然防腐剂等领域无不充斥着植物相关提取物的身影。它们无合成物的不安全等毒副作用和未知隐患问题,因而大受生产者和消费者的亲睐。本文主要阐述与植物提取物有关的体外抗菌活性研究现况,包括植物的提取方法、抗菌活性评价方法以及不同种植物的抗菌活性。
The natural products are the main sources for drug exploring, we may find lots of them which are able to resist superfluous baeteria＇s growth. Besides, it is common that the extracts of plants are rich in those fields, such as drugs, nutrients and natural preservatives. Therefore, these extracts are popular with the consumer and the producer. This passage illustrates the status of antibacterial activities in vitro mainly （ it isrelated to the plants extracts）, including the method of extract, the method of antimicrobial activities and antibacterial activities to the different plants.
