摘要
由于抗生素的不合理使用,越来越多的耐药菌不断出现,新型抗生素的研究和开发愈发困难,且成本高昂。不同于西药抗生素,中药抗菌作用的特点是多靶点和协同作用,细菌不易产生耐药性,故从中药材中寻找具有抗菌作用的有效成分可能是应对细菌耐药性问题的一种新途径。本文对2015版药典一部收载的功能与主治中明确标明具有清热、解毒功能的中药材的抗菌作用进行归纳与综述,旨在为能从中药材中发现具有抗菌作用的药效物质成分提供参考。
The abuse of antibiotics induces that antibiotic-resistant bacteria continuously emerge, and thereafter the research and development of novel antibiotics became increasingly difficult and costly. Different from antibacterial effects of antibiotics in western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by multiple-targets and synergistic effects, and thus it rarely induces resistance. Therefore, researching for effective components with antimicrobial actions from traditional Chinese medicine may open up a new way for dealing with bacterial drug resistance. This review briefly summarized the antibacterial activities of Chinese herbs with heat-clearing and detoxifying functions which were explicitly identified in the ＂Functions and Indications＂ sections in China Pharmacopeia 2015. This review aimed at providing references for researching the pharmacodynamic basis with antimicrobial actions from traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
