摘要
为了分析链霉菌Streptomyces sp. FJS11-2菌株次级代谢产物及次级代谢产物抗菌活性筛选,采用UPLC-DAD-HRMS方法对其次级代谢产物进行组分分析.用纸片扩散法对菌株次级代谢产物进行抗菌活性测试,测试菌株为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、粪肠球菌及布氏杆菌. UPLC-DAD-HRMS分析结果表明,该菌株含有多种未知代谢产物.且抗菌活性研究结果表明,该菌株代谢产物具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌、布氏杆菌活性. UPLC-DAD-HRMS分析结果及抗菌活性结果,为后续从该菌株次级代谢产物中发现活性良好、结构新颖的化学成分奠定基础,同时该方法也避免化学成分重复发现.
To analyze secondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. FJS11 - 2 and study secondary metabolites of antimicrobial activity, chemical components of secondary metabolites were analyzed by employing the UPLC - DAD - HRMS method. Antibacterial activities of secondary metabolites were tested against staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli , Candida albicans , Enterococcus faecalis , Bacterium burgeri by employing the disc diffusion method. The UPLC - DAD - HRMS analysis results show that the strain contains a variety of unknown chemical components. The research results of antibacterial activities show that secondary metabolites of Streptomyces FJS11 - 2 have the activity against staphylococcus aureus, brinell bacillus. The results of UPLC - DAD - HRMS analysis and antimicrobial activities help lay a good foundation for the following discovery of the structurally new and active compounds from secondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. FJS11 -2. At the same time, the method also avoids a repeated f/nding of the same chemical compositions.
