摘要
利用改良的GYM培养基对从赤水丹霞山土壤样品中分离的链霉菌分离菌株Streptomyces sp.CSDX 001进行固体发酵,发酵产物利用乙酸乙酯萃取,减压浓缩、富集获得其粗提取物。利用反复硅胶柱层析对粗提物中的次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,通过质谱、核磁共振等波谱方法对分离产物进行结构鉴定。从链霉菌Streptomyces sp.CSDX 001中分离得到2个化合物,分别为苯邻二甲酰亚胺4-羟基-N,7-二甲基苯邻酰亚胺(1)和2-甲基-2,5-莰二醇(2),其中化合物1为新化合物。
The Streptomyces sp.CSDX 001 which was isolated from chishuidanxia mountain soil samples was fermented by using improved GYM culture medium. Fermentation products were extracted by employing ethyl acetate and enrichment of reduced pressure concentration obtained crude extracts. The crude extracts were was isolated and identified by means of repeated silica gel and its structure was identified on the basis of their mass spectrometry( MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) methods. As a result,a new phthalimide derivative named 4-hydroxyl-N,7-dimethyl phthalimide and a known compound 2-methyl-2,5-bornanndiol were isolated from Streptomyces sp. CSDX 001.
