摘要
高职教育是职业教育的最高阶段。目前高职校的体育教学改革的核心是实施职业实用性体育教学,具有鲜明的职业岗位服务性特点,能力本位特点鲜明。这种发展特点容易形成缺失社会责任感和职业良心的"工具人"、"经济人"。本文本着体育培养学生美好生活方式、健全人格的美好愿景,对人格本位的内涵作了解释,并认为高职院校体育教育"人格本位"的必要性在于:人格是人发展的归向、价值的归位、其主要因素构成了现代人的灵魂、主体因素构成人生大厦的梁柱。认为高职院校体育教育"人格本位"的可行性在于:高职院校培养目标与人格本位理念的契合性、体育是塑造生活方式的教育、体育课程显性与隐性特点易于人格本位课程体系的建构,强调在高职体育教育中人格本位为当代高职体育教育不可忽视的视角。
The higher vocational education is the vocational education of the highest stage.At present the higher vocational colleges and universities of PE teaching reform is the core of vocational practical sports teaching,and distinct professional post service features,competence-based distinct characteristics.In sports training students good life style,the sound personality,a vision of the connotation of personality-based explained,and considered that the higher vocational colleges sports education ＂personality-based＂ necessity lies in： personality is the development of return,value reparations,its main factors make modern people＇s soul,main factors make life building beam.Think sports education in higher vocational colleges ＂personality-based the feasibility of higher vocational colleges is： the training objectives and personality-based concept the correspondence,sports is molded way of life education,physical education curriculum system and education mode structure easy personality-based Suggestions and optimization,and finally it points out that personality-based is essential of human expression.
