镉对泥鳅肝脏及其过氧化氢酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过生物毒性试验,探讨镉对泥鳅肝脏的损伤和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。采用静水养殖法,设置0.05、0.5、5.0mg/L三个浓度Cd2+的染毒组和一个对照组,分别在2、4、6、8、10d取泥鳅肝组织测定过氧化氢酶活性,同时制作石蜡组织切片。结果显示,随着染毒浓度的增加和同一浓度处理时间的延长,肝细胞出现肿胀、破裂,细胞核出现浓缩、溶解,甚至消失;同时,过氧化氢酶活性检测发现,肝组织中过氧化氢酶的催化能力越来越弱,说明Cd2+对过氧化氢酶活性的抑制作用越来越大。综合分析表明泥鳅对Cd2+反应较为灵敏,当Cd2+浓度达到0.5mg/L时,泥鳅的肝脏出现了损伤,随着染毒浓度的增加,损伤越严重。 In order to discuss the effects of cadmium(Cd ^2+) on activity of catalase activity in liver and liver injury of loachs by toxicity test,loachs were divided into three groups of Cd 2+ of different contentration as 0.05,0.5,5.0mg / L and one control group through static water breeding.The liver catalase activitios were determine at 2,4,6,8,10days,and the paraffin sections were prepared at the same time.The results showed that hepatic cells appeared swelled and ruptured,the nucleus appeared pyknosised,dissolved,or even disappeared with the increasing of contaminated concentration and the duration of same concentration.Meanwhile,the catalytic ability of catalase became more and more weak in liver tissue,all the results indicated that the activity of catalase inhibition of Cd^ 2+ was stronger.Therefore,loach is sensitive to Cd ^2+,when Cd ^2+ concentration reached 0.5mg / L,loach liver injury appeared,and with the increasing of the concentration of Cd ^2+,theinjury more serious.
