摘要
在实验室条件下,以静水生物测试法研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和孔雀石绿对泥鳅(Misgurnus angullicaudatus)的单一及联合毒性;同时采用Marking相加指数法对联合毒性进行了评价。结果表明,在单一急性毒性试验中,LAS在24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度(LC50)为22.470、20.408、19.364、18.698mg/L,其安全浓度(SC)为5.050mg/L;而孔雀石绿LC50为2.532、2.247、1.961、1.682mg/L,SC为0.531mg/L。孔雀石绿和LAS均为高毒级,且孔雀石绿的毒性大于LAS。孔雀石绿-LAS联合作用24、48、72、96h的AI值分别为0.015、0.036、0.041、0.152,均大于0,呈现出协同作用,并且随着时间的增加,协同作用增强。
