摘要
本文针对我国水环境污染的严峻形势 ,结合国内外水污染控制技术现状及发展趋势 ,提出“十五”期间 ,水污染控制技术的发展应当围绕区域发展过程中亟待解决的重大问题 ,结合区域水环境保护的具体规划和措施 ,集成应用已开发成熟技术 ,重点攻关关键和核心技术 。
According to the severe situation of water environment pollution in China and its causes, integrated with the development of water pollution control technologies in the world, in the next fiveˉyear plan, ourChinese water pollution control technologies should be concentrated on the settlement of significant regional problems which need to be solved urgently. With regard to the actual plan of the regional water environment protection, it should be considered to use the integrated and developed mature technologies, to research on the key and core technologies and set integrated pilot areas for water pollution control.
