摘要
文章以建构主义学习观和技术观为指导,在"行动教育"模式的基础上提出了Wiki支持的课例研究模式,以及"学习效果"、"他人评价"和"自身表现"三个维度的反思进路。个案分析表明该模式可以促进教师教学理念和教学行为的转变,促进教师专业发展。在群体动力理论和社会互动理论的启示下,文章进一步提出了以Wiki支持的校际课例研究为核心的区域教研模式,并进行了初步的探索和尝试。最后,文章提出了建设"智慧课堂"实验室的设想。
This paper advances a model of Wiki-enhanced lesson study on the basis of ＂Action Education＂ and Constructivism,which includes the reflective approach from three dimensions： learning achievements,others＇ review,and one＇s own performance.Case studies show that the model can enhance teachers＇ professional development.In the light of Group Dynamics and Social Interaction theory,we further develop the district-based teaching research model which is comprised of Wiki-enhanced inter-school lesson study,and take some pilot studies.Finally,we raise the idea of building an ＂Intelligence Class＂ lab as supplementary.
