摘要
文章以建构主义学习观和技术观为指导,在"行动教育"模式的基础上提出了Wiki支持的课例研究模式,以及"学习效果"、"他人评价"和"自身表现"三个维度的反思进路。个案分析表明该模式可以促进教师教学理念和教学行为的转变,促进教师专业发展。在群体动力理论和社会互动理论的启示下,文章进一步提出了以Wiki支持的校际课例研究为核心的区域教研模式,并进行了初步的探索和尝试。最后,文章提出了建设"智慧课堂"实验室的设想。
This paper advances a model of Wiki-enhanced lesson study on the basis of "Action Education" and Constructivism,which includes the reflective approach from three dimensions: learning achievements,others' review,and one's own performance.Case studies show that the model can enhance teachers' professional development.In the light of Group Dynamics and Social Interaction theory,we further develop the district-based teaching research model which is comprised of Wiki-enhanced inter-school lesson study,and take some pilot studies.Finally,we raise the idea of building an "Intelligence Class" lab as supplementary.
