摘要
目前,网络逐渐成为人们学习的重要"场所",网络学习共同体也日益剧增,群体动力是促进网络学习共同体知识建构和集体智慧产品的重要影响因素。本研究探讨学习共同体群体动力的影响因素及其层次结构运行机制,并结合网络学习共同体的特点,提出促进网络学习共同体良好、有序发展的群体动力建构策略,具有较强的实用价值和现实意义。
Nowadays,network has become such an important venue for people to study that network learning communities is rapidly increasingly.In promoting knowledge construction and producing collective intelligent products in these com-munities,Group Dynamics is one of the most important players.This study discusses factors influencing its role,hierarchical structure,and operational mechanism.The study analyzes characteristics of network learning community,and puts forward strategies of constructing group dynamics to accommodate its sound and orderly development.Thus the study is of great practical realistic significance.
