摘要
分别推导计算微管挤出成型中经过离模膨胀、注气胀大以及牵引拉伸后的管径和壁厚值表达式,得出注气压力和牵引速度对管径和壁厚的影响规律。并利用PA11进行微管挤出实验,根据实验数据分析讨论了注气压力和牵引速率对管径壁厚的影响规律。其结果表明:理论曲线和实验曲线的变化趋势一致,但理论值随气压的改变波动较小。
The tube diameter and wall thickness expression after die-swell, gas expansion and traction stretching were induced and calculated, and the influencing pattern of volumetric gas flow and tractive rate on tube diameter and wall thickness were derived. The experiment using PAll was carried out, and the influencing pattern of the the volumetric gas flow and the tractive rate on tube diameter and wall thickness were analysed and discussed. The results showed that the theoretical curve and the experimental curve were of the same trend,while the theoretical value fluctuated less with the volumetric gas change.
