摘要
采用理论计算和取样观察的方法分析了高压注射枪枪头的失效形式及其机理,并做了改进试验研究。分析和试验结果表明,枪头失效的形式主要是磨损和卡死。磨损是缘于有相对运动的零件表面粘附的污垢对表面产生了磨擦,配合间隙缩小及腐蚀更加剧了这种磨损;卡死是因为污垢积聚造成配合间隙缩小,甚至产生偏载,使活塞杆运动受阻。活塞杆尺寸膨胀也是引起卡死的原因之一;可通过正确选材、制订合理的热处理工艺及机加工工艺改善磨损和卡死的情况,且效果显著。
The failure forms and mechanism of the head of polyurethane high-pressure injecting gun were analysed by means of calculation and observation, and investigation tests for improving quality were carried through.The results of analysis and tests showed that the failure forms were mainly abrasion and movement block.The abrasion was that the particals adhered to the surfaces of movement parts rub against the surfaces.The reduced clearance and erosion promoted this courses.The movement block was that the particals accumulated on the surfaces of movement parts were too much to reduce the clearance, indeed, to bring the deflexion of load, which blocked the movement of the piston rod.The size bulge of the piston rod was also one of the reasons which caused the movement block.These conditions could be improved by means of chooseing rightly the materials of parts, constituting reasonably the technologies of heat treatment and machining, and the effect was significant.
