摘要
马氏体耐热钢气门在液体氮碳共渗后,可获得高的表面硬度、良好的抗腐蚀性、抗咬合性以及疲劳强度,赋予了气门在高速运动下具有的良好的综合力学性能,但对于盘锥面渗层深度和杆部需要抛光或磨削的气门而言,普通的国内外的氮碳共渗基盐无法满足要求,安丘亚星近年来研制的TJ-3基盐则解决了此难题,同时指出良好的盐浴保养等是实现气门表面清洁的重要措施。
After it liquid nitrocarized,the air valve of martensite heat-resistant steel may obtain the high surface hardness,the good corrosion resistivity,the seizure resistance as well as the fatigue strength,and has geven a good conbination of mechanical properties under the high speed motion.When the case depth of disc pyramidal face and the pole of valve needs to be polished or the grinded,general domestic and international nitrocarizing base salt can not meet the reqeuirements.The TJ-3 base salt developed by Anqiuvasin in recent years can solve this problem,noting that maintemance of a good bath is to achieve an important measure to clean the surface of the valve.
