摘要
传统热处理的GCr15异形滚子无法满足使用要求,研究了不同软氮化处理时间对8Cr4Mo4V钢表面硬度、氮化层深度及化合物层深度的影响,结果表明:8Cr4Mo4V滚子的最优软氮化工艺为520℃×18 h,氮化后的滚子工作面硬度及耐磨性得到有效提升,并达到使用寿命。
The traditional heat treatment special-shaped rollers made of GCr15 is unable to meet use requirements.The effect of different soft nitriding treatment times on surface hardness of 8Cr4Mo4V steel,depth of nitriding layer and depth of compound layer is investigated.The results show that the optimum soft nitriding process of rollers made of 8Cr4Mo4V is 520℃×18 h.The hardness and wear resistance of working surface of rollers after nitriding are improved effectively,and the service life meet the requirements.
