摘要
通过对异型材截面形状及原材料挤出成型性能分析,设计了正确的口模形状及合理的流线形流道;针对25%玻璃纤维增强的PA66原材料,模具设计了塑化、分流性能较强的滤网式装置,模具结构紧凑合理、易于装配,能够生产出符合尺寸精度要求的型材。
The feeding head shape of a die and a streamlined sprue runner were designed after an analysis on the cross sectional shape and the extrusion forming ability of PA66 material. A set of filter screen with good plasticizing and diffluent capability was installed in the die for the use of PA66 material with 25% intensification of fiberglass, The structure of the die is compact and simple for assembly.
