摘要
为了生产不同直径的管材可以使用相同的挤出机头,减少机头的制造成本和生产周期,通过对硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)材料的特性、机头的结构参数等进行分析的基础上,设计了一款压缩模座弧形过渡的PVC-U管材共用挤出机头。采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对机头流道进行了数值模拟,并利用CFD-POST对流场的压力、速度和壁面剪切应力分布等进行分析。结果表明,管材共用挤出机头的压缩模座采用弧形过渡后,流道成型段压力、速度分布没有明显的波动,熔体流动性较好。内外壁面剪切应力相差0.004 MPa,且熔体在成型段壁面剪切速率更高,不易发生粘滞,生产的制品更密实,表面质量更高,更符合实际生产的需求。
The characteristics of rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC-U)and the parameters of the head of extruder were analyzed and a common die with arc transition for pipe extrusion was designed in order to use the same die for the production of pipes with different diameters to reduce the manufacturing cost and production cycle for die of extruder.By using FLUENT of ANSYS software perform numerical simulation and by using CFD-POST,the pressure,velocity and shear stress distribution of runner were analyzed.As a result,the compressed mould of arc transition is more suitable for pipe manufacturing,melt pressure and velocity is stable.The shear stress between inner and outer wall only differ by 0.004 MPa.The shear rate in forming part is higher and the viscous resistance is less.The pipe manufactured is more compact and the quality of pipe surface is higher.
