摘要
以社会交换理论和双因素激励理论为基础,构建了大学二级学院背景下领导行为对教师心理契约影响的理论模型并进行了验证。结果显示:关系型领导行为正向影响教师的沟通满意感和沟通开放性;沟通满意感负向影响教师的心理契约违背;关系型领导行为负向影响教师的心理契约违背。研究结论对改进学院领导管理行为,深化对教师的人本关怀具有一定启示。
Based on the "social exchange theory" and "two-factor motivation theory", we set up and venhed a meorenc mode of the impacts of leadership behavior on the faculty psychological contract. The results show that the relation-type leadership behavior imposes positive impacts on the faculty communication satisfaction and openness; the communication satisfaction imposes negative impacts on the faculty psychological contract violation; relation-type leadership behavior im- poses negative impacts on the faculty psychological contract violation. The research conclusions have a given enlighten- ment to promoting the leadership managerial behavior and deepening the human-oriented concern over the faculty.
