摘要
以社会交换理论、双因素激励理论为基础,构建了大学二级学院背景下变革型领导行为对学院办学绩效影响的理论模型并进行了验证。结果显示:变革型领导行为正向影响组织的沟通满意感与沟通开放性;沟通满意感负向影响教师心理契约违背;沟通满意感与沟通开放性正向影响办学绩效;心理契约违背正向影响办学绩效。研究结论对改进学院领导管理行为,鼓励组织有效沟通,增强对教师的人本关怀,促进学院办学绩效提升具有一定启示。
Based on the "social exchange theory" and "two-factor motivation theory",we set up and confirm a comprehensive theoretic model of the impact of transformational leadership behavior at the background of the secondary college of university on the school-running performance of the college.The results show that the transformational leadership behavior affects positively the communication satisfaction sense and openness of the organization;the negative communication satisfaction sense affects the teachers′ psychological contract violence;communication satisfaction sense and openness affect positively the school-running performance;psychological contract violence affects positively the school-running performance.Our finding may offer some enlightenment on college leadership management behavior,encouragement of the organization effective communication,strengthening the people-oriented concern for teachers,and enhancement of the college school-running performance.
