摘要
中国正处于社会变革时期,在日益激烈的市场竞争和生存压力下,职业倦怠正袭击着越来越多的从业者。教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,教师职业倦怠问题已经引起研究者的重视。教育管理者应该采取有效的组织干预措施,积极预防和化解教师职业倦怠,保护教师工作热情,保证教育教学质量,确保我国教育事业健康发展。
China is now in a period of social transformation. Competition in the job markets is increasingly fierce. More and more Chinese people are attacked by job burnout, which most easily occurs to teachers. The researchers have already studied the problem of teacher's job burnout. The manager of education should take effective action to prevent teacher's job burnout, to support teacher's job passion, to ensure the quality of instruction, and to avouch for a sound development of education.
