摘要
目的探讨高校教师工作压力状况及与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用教师工作压力调查量表和Maslach职业倦怠量表(MBI)对300名高校在职教师进行问卷调查。结果 1高校教师工作压力在婚姻状况(t=3.256,P<0.05)、行政级别(t=2.859,P<0.05)上存在着显著差异;2高校教师职业倦怠在是否尝试运用心理减压上存在显著差异(t=-2.024,P<0.05);3高校教师职业倦怠与工作压力存在显著正相关(r=0.25,P<0.01),回归分析显示,个人压力进入职业倦怠的回归方程,可以解释心理健康6.2%的变异量,得到心理健康的回归方程为:高校教师职业倦怠=0.25×个人压力,说明个人压力对职业倦怠有较好的预测作用。结论有行政级别高校教师比无行政级别高校教师的工作压力大,已婚高校教师比未婚高校教师工作压力大;未尝试用心理学减压的高校教师比尝试用心理学减压的高校教师职业倦怠状况严重;高校教师工作压力越大其职业倦怠状况越严重。
Objective To explore the relationship between the job stress and professional burnout of university teachers.Methods A total of 300 university teachers were assessed by questionnaires about job stress and MBI.Results ①The job stress of university teachers had significant differences on different state of marriage(t=3.256,P〈0.05) and ranks of administration(t=2.859,P〈0.05).② The professional burnout of university teachers had significant differences(t=-2.024,P〈0.05) on whether use psychological methods to reduce stress's effect.③ There was positive correlation between university teachers' professional burnout and job stress(r=0.25,P〈0.01).Regressive analysis showed that personal stress entranced the regressive equation of professional burnout,which could explain 6.2% of the psychological health.The regressive equation was 0.25 mutiply personal stress equal to the university teachers' professional burnout,which showed that professional burnout was well predicted by personal stress.Conclusion The stress of teachers who have rank of admission is heavier than the teachers who have not.The stress of the marriaged teachers is heavier than the teachers who are not marriaged.The stress of teachers who use the psychological methods to reduce the stress's effect is less heavier than others;the university teacher's job stress is more heavier,the more serious of the professional burnout is.
