摘要
高校辅导员作为学生思想、学习、生活的引领者,在学生成长成才过程中扮演着人生导师和知心朋友的双重角色。本文对高校辅导员心理契约的破坏情况进行实证研究,进而提出如何利用管理环节来合理构建辅导员心理契约,建立起有利于辅导员个人发展的新型管理机制。
As the guide of students' psychological, learning and living, the college counselor plays a dual role, mentor and friend, in students' growth. This paper makes an empirical research on the situation of college counselors' psychological contract viola- tion, and then proposes how to construct counselors' psychologi- cal contract by using management process, so as to construct a new management system conductive to counselors' personal de- velopment.
