北京饭店二期改扩建钢结构工程目字柱制作工艺复杂,通过精确地放样和下料、合理规划组装顺序、控制焊接角变形等措施,确保满足设计需要的构造要求以及焊接质量,保证了目字柱的制作质量。
In transforming bachelors’ dormitory of the Beijing Hotel Project,the fabrication process of 目-shaped column is very complicated.But by means of lofting and blanking accurately,reasonable planning of assembly sequence,controlling welding deformation and so on,the structure required by the design and welding quality is realized.The processing quality of目-shaped column is guaranteed.
